- The requisite fee for seeking information must be deposited in cash under the proper code as given below. If payments are made by DD or Banker’s cheque, the fee code must be mentioned at the back of DD/BC along with other particulars.
The fee details are given below:
- For providing the information under sub-section (1) of section 7, the fee shall be charged by way of cash against proper receipt or by demand draft or banker’s cheque in favour of ICAR -Shimla Unit and payable at Shimla only at the following rates:A request for obtaining information under sub-section (1) of section 6, shall be accompanied by an application fee of Rs. 10/- (rupees ten only) by way of cash against proper receipt or by demand draft or bankers cheque in favour of ICAR – Shimla Unit and payable at Shimla only.
1. Rupees two for each page (in A-4 or A-3 size paper) created or copied;
2. Actual charge or cost price of copy in large size paper; and
3. For inspection of records, no fee for the first hour; and
4. A fee of rupees ten for each half an hour (or fraction thereof) thereafter.
- For providing information under sub-section (5) of section 7, the fee shall be charged by way of cash against proper receipt or by demand draft or bankers cheque in favour of ICAR -Shimla Unit and payable at Shimla only at the following rates:-
- For information required in printed form at the price fixed for such publication or rupees two per page of photocopy for extracts from the publication.
- For providing the information under sub-section (1) of section 7, the fee shall be charged by way of cash against proper receipt or by demand draft or banker’s cheque in favour of ICAR -Shimla Unit and payable at Shimla only at the following rates:A request for obtaining information under sub-section (1) of section 6, shall be accompanied by an application fee of Rs. 10/- (rupees ten only) by way of cash against proper receipt or by demand draft or bankers cheque in favour of ICAR – Shimla Unit and payable at Shimla only.
