Working Principle: Genetic Analyzer: Capillary Electrophoresis Overview
In the theory, capillary electrophoresis occurs when an electric field (E) is applied to an electrolyte solution within a capillary, causing ions to migrates

- DNA fragments are separated as they migrate by size exclusion Sieving effect
